For Delidoor, making wonderful meals is all about giving you back moments to spend with your family during mealtimes. Beef bourguignon or boeuf bourguignon, also called beef Burgundy, and boeuf a la Bourguignonne, is a beef stew braised in red wine, and beef stock, flavoured with carrots, onions, garlic, and a bouquet garni, and garnished with mushrooms, and bacon.

Mash potato: potatoes are blended with warmed butter and cream to create the perfect smooth texture, parmesan added for flavour.

This Gratin Dauphinois is a traditional French Potato Gratin with onions, cream and cheese. This is comfort food at its best. It is creamy, cheesy, and flavourful. Perfect as a main course or a side dish.

Seasonal steamed vegetables.

A classic French delicacy, with their chocolate fondant you are certain to impress when entertaining. No risk of missing that perfect gooey effect.

Tiramisu is the best of the Italian desserts. Made of Savoiardi ladyfingers soaked in a mixture of coffee and Marsala, arranged in layers and filled with a cream made with mascarpone and eggs, it is sure to create that wouahh effect at the dinner table.

Their Tiramisu is made using coffee shots using single origin coffee Brasilian beans from their great friends at Saint Dreux Coffee roaster. The tasting note of the coffee are raspberry, lavender and lime which you will find in the dessert.
