Their Confit Duck Legs are prepared in-house, by Chef Sebastien, the traditional way. They are cooked long and slow in duck fat & flavoured with aromatic herbs until meltingly tender, ready for you to roast. This traditional preservation process gives the meat the most fabulous texture and flavour.

This Gratin Dauphinois is a traditional French Potato Gratin with onions, cream and cheese. This is comfort food at its best. It is creamy, cheesy, and flavourful. Perfect as a main course or a side dish.

Seasonal steamed vegetables.

A classic French recipe, this mouth-watering chocolate mousse is made from sustainable Belgium dark chocolate and they have added some freeze dried raspberries. Add some fresh strawberries, raspberries or mint to enhance your experience.
