In this exclusive masterclass, over 90 minutes we traverse through a vertical tasting of 5 vintages of Bay of Fires Chardonnay across 2017-2021. Most of these wines have been sold out for several years and are unavailable outside of this masterclass format, so this is a must for Chardonnay fans!
We take an in depth look at the complexity driven by differing levels of French Oak influence, acidity and regionality around Tasmania as well as around Australia.
This masterclass also includes a brief tour through the winery and vineyard areas when available to learn about viticulture and it's impact on the grapes.
All of our tastings are informative, educational and conducted in small seated groups of no more than 10, in a COVID SAFE environment.
