Trevena Glen Farm is Brisbane'ss Best Family Farm experience! We love to help friends & family connect in a fun safe place.
The farm has horses, rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs, goats, turkeys, alpacas, pigs, sheep, donkeys, mini horses and dog.
Do you love 'being in the saddle'? Then why not book a short horse ride experience (~15mins). Horse riding experiences provide the opportunity to ride around our farm singly or in groups. Inexperienced and young riders are led by an adult. More experienced riders may be able to ride with reins under supervision. 'Horse Riding Experiences' are available Monday to Saturday, 6 days per week (closed Sundays) for individuals or small groups of people. Riders must be aged between 3 and 65 and weight no more than 85kg (we have limitations on the availability of large horses for riders over 70kgs). Make sure you come prepared with a hat, sunscreen, closed in shoes, long pants and water. Please note that 15 minutes includes getting helmet on/off and getting on/off horse. Ride time is approximately 9 minutes.
Please note that the horse ride experience is NOT available by itself but must be combined with our '1hr Farm Animal Experience' or the 1 or 2 hour Personal Animal Tours. Note that this is INCLUDED in our '3hr Personal Animal Tour'. If you would like a longer riding experience, we can offer a one off 30-60min lesson with one of our coaches.
