Treasure Hunter Tour

Esperance Adventures in Hobart, TAS offers an exciting 2 1/2 hour Treasure Hunter Tour, perfect for families looking for a fun and memorable kayaking experience. This tour is suitable for children aged 7+ years to paddle their own kayak, while younger children aged 5+ years can paddle with an adult in a double kayak.

The adventure begins at the Southport Boat Ramp, where you''ll meet at 9.30am. You''ll be paddling to your own deserted island in Southport Bay, which takes about 30 minutes. Once you reach the island, the treasure hunt begins! The kids will be given their own treasure map to take home, and with the guidance of Esperance Adventures, they''ll work through challenges and explore the island until they find the treasure. A delicious morning tea is shared with the group on the beach before paddling back to shore.

This tour operates with a minimum of 2 and maximum of 6 people, with at least one adult required to accompany the group. Tours can be tailored to fit the group''s preferences, making it a perfect adventure for families.

Esperance Adventures'' Treasure Hunter Tour is available between December and May. They also offer other paddling tours, kayak rentals, and paddle boarding experiences for children aged 10+ years, operating between October and June.
