The park has limitations on age and weight to ensure the safety of all participants. Participants must be at least 7 years old and 110 cm tall, with a maximum weight of 120 kg. Children under 16 years old must be directly supervised by an adult, with the required adult-to-child ratios varying depending on the age of the children.

Course access is also dependent on age, with children aged 7-8 having access to courses 1-3, children aged 9-10 having access to courses 1-5, and children aged 11 and above having access to all courses.
