Sylvia Kliska launched her venture in 1994, as 'Sissy's Bix', and moved to her current factory shop location in Blackburn (Vic.) in 2000. From home-made to market, that's the quick and easy story about Sissy's Bix.

Sissy's Bix has grown from humble beginnings.

Initially, Sylvia ran the business from a small home kitchen where she produced gourmet biscuits and chocolates for friends and family. Now, Sissy's Bix now operates as a retail shop. Sissy's Bix also runs biscuit and chocolate-making classes. The classes range from beginner's introduction to chocolate-making, to more and advanced and specialised events. They even cater for hens-night and children's parties.

The biscuit and chocolate market is littered with large companies who invest more into their packaging than improving the taste-quality of their products. Sissy's Bix does the opposite and gives taste buds a reason to rejoice.
