The experience begins with a vineyard tour, where guests will learn about the history of the vineyard and the sparkling wine-making process. The highlight of the tour is the liqueur d'expedition dosage trials, where guests can craft their very own bottle of sparkling wine to their exact taste. Each guest will receive a bottle of their blend to enjoy on the day and can order sparkling wine at their preferred dosage rate to be sent following their visit.
During the wine tasting session, guests will have the opportunity to taste other Josef Chromy wines, gaining an appreciation for the wine culture and the art of wine appreciation. The experience concludes with a two-course lunch with paired wines in the vineyard's restaurant, providing a truly unique and memorable wine tasting event in Australia.
