This experience is a must for wine lovers and foodies alike, showcasing the region''s diverse and exceptional wines, as well as its fresh, seasonal produce.

Begin your day at 11am with a one-hour Wine Masterclass, led by Sommelier Warrick Duthy. You''ll have the opportunity to taste a selection of wines from the hotel''s multi-award-winning wine list, which was named the Best Pub Restaurant Wine List in Australia in 2021. During the masterclass, you''ll learn about the Clare Valley''s terroir, geology, and geography, and gain a deeper appreciation for the wines produced in this distinctive region.

Following the masterclass, indulge in a Feed Me Menu curated by the hotel''s Head Chef and low-waste warrior, Nicola Palmer. The menu features a variety of small and large dishes, as well as dessert, all made with fresh, seasonal produce from local farm partners, including the organic and bio-dynamic Penobscot Farm.

This experience is available 7 days a week, with a minimum of two and a maximum of 20 guests per day. Please let the hotel know of any dietary requirements in advance.
