In the ''Sweet and Savoury Delights'' class, you will learn to create delicious pastries such as Pain au Chocolate and Croissants, as well as Quince and White Chocolate Eclairs. You will also have the opportunity to make a simple yet delicious cheesy herb Gnocchi.
