At this unique hands-on winemaking class you will step into the winemakers's laboratory, put on your white coat, and get to work blending your own special drop of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro - just like Penfolds own Bin 138. Your own personal blend is then bottled for you to take home and enjoy the fruits of your labour.


Penfolds's Barossa cellar door is situated just a stone's throw from their Barossa Valley winery where they craft Penfolds wines. An hour from Adelaide city, the historic Barossa Valley region is known as the birthplace of Australian Shiraz.


No trip to the Barossa is complete without a visit to this icon in Australian wine history.
