BBQ School, located in the Greater Brisbane area of Queensland, offers a unique BBQ Meat Class for meat lovers who want to perfect their grilling skills. This cooking class is designed for those who love cooking steaks and roasts on the BBQ and want to learn how to cook their meats to perfection.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a cold beer or soft drink and an apron. The chefs will welcome you and discuss the format of the day, expected competencies, and introduce the menu. You will then work together as a group to create the first course, followed by salads and sides for your meats. Finally, you will carve and serve the meats and sit down to enjoy your creations with premium craft beer or wine.

The BBQ Meat Class will teach you how to produce mouth-watering, fall-off-the-bone meat every time you BBQ. You will understand the importance of rubs, marinades, and accompaniments. At the end of the class, you will enjoy all your creations.

The class includes friendly instruction from a qualified chef, beer on arrival, all ingredients and utensils, use of an apron, and sample creations at the end of the class.
