Meat Bbq Cooking Class
Brisbane, Qld

BBQ School, located in the vibrant Greater Brisbane area of Queensland, Australia, offers a variety of culinary workshops and hands-on cooking experiences that are sure to excite and inspire. As a leading cooking school, they provide a range of gourmet cooking classes, including chef-led cooking sessions, international cuisine classes, baking classes, and healthy cooking workshops.

One of their most popular classes is the BBQ Meat Class, where meat lovers can learn how to produce mouth-watering, fall-off-the-bone meat every time they fire up the grill. During this class, participants will discover the importance of rubs, marinades, and accompaniments, and how they can elevate the flavors and textures of basic meats.

Upon arrival, attendees will be greeted with a cold beer or soft drink and an apron, before being introduced to the day's menu and format. The class will then work together to create a delicious three-course meal, including BBQ The Spice Tailor Tandoori Chicken with Kachumber wrapped in Paratha, BBQ Bass Strait Beef Sirloin with Field Mushrooms and Porcini Butter, and BBQ Greek Style Lamb with Fat Roasted Potato and Kale Salad.

At the end of the class, participants will sit down to enjoy their creations, accompanied by a selection of premium craft beer or wine. This hands-on cooking experience is a fantastic way to learn new skills, connect with other foodies, and create delicious, restaurant-quality meals at home.
