Old Kempton Distillery, located in the historic Dysart House in Kempton, Tasmania, has been creating a variety of spirits since November 2015, all made using 100% Tasmanian ingredients. The distillery offers fully guided tours, giving visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the distillation process and a visit to the bond store, where maturing whisky and barrels of all shapes and sizes can be found.
