Each pairing is designed to heighten the sensory experience, starting with a Grenache-based Rose and moving through a range of Shiraz.
Deniz Karaca, the founder of Cuvee Chocolate, is a seasoned patissier who has dedicated himself to creating some of Australia''s most exclusive and iconic chocolate range. Cuvee Chocolate only uses the world''s best single-origin cocoa beans, sourced from across the globe, to craft their small-batch, handcrafted chocolate tablets.
During the Cuvee Chocolate and Wine Indulgence experience, guests will learn about wine tasting and appreciation, as well as the art of chocolate making. Each wine flight is equivalent to 1.5 standard drinks and participants must be at least 18 years old, as per South Australian liquor licensing laws.
