Their 1-hour Quad Bike Tour, available daily at 9:30 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, and 2:30 pm, takes riders on a journey through the highest sand dunes in the southern hemisphere. Experience the coastal grassland and scrub, followed by an adrenaline-pumping ride over challenging dunes up to 100 feet high. All tours are tailored to meet the needs and experience levels of customers, ensuring a safe and enjoyable ride for all.
No Quad Biking experience is necessary, as each group is led by trained guides who cater to various riding conditions and capabilities. Riders under 16 years of age can no longer ride their own bikes but can double on a 2-seater Quad Bike if they are at least 130 cm tall.
Sand Dune Adventures prioritizes safety, with all riders required to wear helmets and hi-Vis safety vests. Riding in a single-file tag-a-long format ensures a safe and organized experience.
Expect to learn about the history of the land while enjoying panoramic coastal views. Please note that pregnant women cannot participate for safety reasons, and headpieces may need to be adjusted or removed to accommodate safety helmets.
